Crustacean tofu ala Belle

  1. Steam the clams, set aside.
  2. SautAS prawns with olive oil & ginger, set aside.
  3. Dissolve soybean paste with 1/4 cup water, set aside.
  4. In a bowl mix raw tofu with clams & prawns & mix with soybean paste sauce & prawn sautAS sauce.
  5. Sprinkle okaka.
  6. Chill for 30 - 45 mins.
  7. Best served chilled.
