Tina's Meatballs
- 3 lbs frozen pre-cooked meatballs
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 12 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke, hickory flavor
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, onion, and liquid smoke in a small sauce pan.
- Heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
- Depending on if the meatballs are frozen or defrosted, will affect how long the sauce will need to heat with the meatballs.
- You can use a crock pot or simmer on stove and serve.
