Cuban black beans and rice

  1. In large pot, add broth cumin, and salt.
  2. Add rice.
  3. Cook until most if water has evaporated, then cover and reduce heat.
  4. Sautee onions, garlic, and jalepeno in small pan until tender.
  5. Add to broth.
  6. In separate pot, heat black beans and lime juice.
  7. Top with sour cream and green onions if desired.
