Marinated Steak with Caramelized Onions

  1. Mix dressing, 2 Tbsp.
  2. steak sauce, sugar and garlic until blended.
  3. Pour over steak in shallow glass dish; turn steak to coat both sides.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  7. Cover; cook on medium-low heat 15 min.
  8. or until onions are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  9. Meanwhile, heat broiler.
  10. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  11. Place steak on broiler pan.
  12. Broil steak, 4 inches from heat, 8 min.
  13. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  14. Remove from heat; cover.
  15. Let stand 5 min.
  16. before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
  17. Stir remaining steak sauce into onions.
  18. Serve with meat.
