Salsa Cruda with Jicama Chips
- 1 cup fresh plum tomato, seeded and chopped
- 12 cup V8 vegetable juice
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 lb jicama, peeled,sliced into round disks
- Mix all ingredients except jicama together in a bowl.
- If not serving immediately, sprinkle some lemon juice over the jicama to keep it fresh looking.
