Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Medium fire.
  2. Hot pan.
  3. Olive oil.
  4. Chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped chili, smashed garlic, into the pan.
  5. Salt.
  6. Cook to sweat.
  7. Add the tomato paste.
  8. Cook through.
  9. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  10. Chop the chicken to cubes and into the pan.
  11. Add the garam masala, turmeric and chilli powder.
  12. Cook the chicken to brown.
  13. Add the chopped tomato and let it reduce for about 10-15 minutes.
  14. Add chopped coriander to the pan.
  15. Cook for more 2-3 minutes.
  16. Serve with fresh coriander leaves over the chicken.
  17. Chicken Tikka Masala, done.
