Ham Loaf With Cherry Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound fresh ham, grnd
- 1 pound cured ham, grnd
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can red cherries
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- Soften bread crumbs in lowfat milk; add in Large eggs.
- Mix meat and seasoning.
- Add in to bread mix.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min.
- Dissolve cornstarch in cherry juice; add in sugar and cherries and cook till thick.
- Serve over ham loaf.
