New York Egg Cream
- 1 egg, raw stirred
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 12 cup milk
- 1 12 cups seltzer water
- Stir one raw egg and pour it into the bottom of a large,tall glass
- Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, followed by a 1/2 cup of milk.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Hold a bottle of seltzer 12 inches above the glass as you pour the seltzer into the glass and allow the seltzer to foam to the top .
- Stir once more and the drink and enjoy.
