Southern Fried Chicken
- 1 whole frying chicken, cut into quarters
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- 1 cup flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
- Roll in flour.
- Deep fry in large skillet until juices run clear and crust is golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
