Banana Spice Cupcakes Recipe

• 1 1/4 c. Sifted flour
• 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 dsh Cloves, (opt)
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 c. Crisco
• 1/2 c. Plus 2Tbsp. sugar
• 1 x Egg
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 3/4 c. Mashed bananas
• 1/4 c. Mashed bananas
• 1/4 tsp Lemonjuice
• 1 c. Confectioners sugar

1. Mix all ingredients together, spoon into paper lined muffin pan and bake 20 min at 375 degrees.
2. Cold completely and frost with banana frosting (following)
