Skeletal Deviled Eggs

  1. place eggs in pot.
  2. Fill pot with cold water till about 1" over eggs.
  3. bring to boil reduce heat and cook for twenty mins.
  4. Pour off hot water and cover eggs with very cold water.
  5. This is extremely important as it prevents the greenish ring you sometimes see on yolks.
  6. when eggs are cool enough to handle, Crack and peel away shell, chill
  7. cut eggs in half length ways take out yolks
  8. now using the straw push it into egg gently to make the face
  9. I mixed the yokes with mayonaise, English mustard to taste then you can put it back into each half and place on plate
