Skeletal Deviled Eggs

- 1 you can use various sized straws for the face, i just used the
- 1 straw for everything
- place eggs in pot.
- Fill pot with cold water till about 1" over eggs.
- bring to boil reduce heat and cook for twenty mins.
- Pour off hot water and cover eggs with very cold water.
- This is extremely important as it prevents the greenish ring you sometimes see on yolks.
- when eggs are cool enough to handle, Crack and peel away shell, chill
- cut eggs in half length ways take out yolks
- now using the straw push it into egg gently to make the face
- I mixed the yokes with mayonaise, English mustard to taste then you can put it back into each half and place on plate
