Italian-Style Creme Brulee

  1. Beat pudding mixes, milk, half-and-half and wine in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Pour into 1-qt.
  3. shallow baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate 15 min.
  5. Heat broiler.
  6. Mix sugars; sprinkle over pudding.
  7. Broil, 3 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until sugars are melted and caramelized.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. Top with fruit.
  11. Serve immediately.

cold milk, cold half, marsala wine, brown sugar, powdered sugar, blueberries
