  1. Place potatoes in 3-qt.
  2. microwaveable casserole.
  3. Add water; cover.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 10 min.
  5. ; stir.
  6. Microwave 5 to 7 min.
  7. or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  8. Return potatoes to casserole.
  9. Microwave next 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl 1 min.
  10. ; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  11. Pour over potatoes.
  12. Top with onions and dill.
  13. Microwave 1 to 2 min.
  14. or until heated through; stir gently.
