Pan-Crisped Pancetta Recipe
- 6 ounces thinly sliced pancetta
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
- In batches, add pancetta and cook until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove to a paper-towel-lined plate and let drain briefly.
- Serve.
