Pan-Crisped Pancetta Recipe

  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. In batches, add pancetta and cook until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove to a paper-towel-lined plate and let drain briefly.
  4. Serve.
