Sourdough Bread Recipe

  1. Set the sponge and let stand in a hot place overnight or possibly for 6 or possibly 8 hrs.
  2. Save 1/2 c. (120 mL) sponge for next starter.
  3. To the remaining sponge, that should be about 2 c. (480 milligrams) add in:

flour, sugar, salt, soda, hot water
