Simple and Refreshing Vinegar Happosai Stir-Fry
- 100 grams Pork (thinly sliced)
- 1 Peeled shrimp
- 2/3 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 leaves Chinese or napa cabbage
- 3 Green peppers
- 4 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chinese soup stock
- 150 ml Water
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp each Katakuriko slurry
- Massage salt, pepper, and sake (not listed) into the pork and peeled shrimp.
- Cut the vegetables into your desired sizes and mix in with the flavoring ingredients.
- Lightly fry the pork and shrimp first in a little bit of oil, and remove from the pan.
- Add a small amount of oil and fry and vegetables, starting with the hardest.
- Return the pork and shrimp to the frying pan and lightly mix in the ingredients from Step 1.
- Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
- Mix in a small amount of sesame oil (not listed) from the edges of the pan.
- Add the katakuriko evenly and mix quickly.
- And it's complete.
