Campfire Steaks

  1. Combine all of the spices into a spice grinder or mortar& pestle and make a medium fine spice rub.
  2. Generously sprinkle the steaks and press into the meat.
  3. Let it set at room temp for 30 minutes or so.
  4. Grill them!
  5. Adapted, due to available ingredients this weekend, from this months Bon Appetit.

salt, ground coffee, tarragon, red pepper, black pepper
