Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Brown pork;
  2. drain
  3. fat.
  4. Bring

  7. Pour 2 cups broth over meat, reserving
  8. 2 cups.
  9. Cook until meat is tender and liquid is absorbed.

  13. sauce
  14. and pineapple juice to the reserved broth. Cook
  15. until thick and bubbly.
  16. Prepare Minute rice.
  17. Add green peppers, onions and pineapple chunks to meat.
  18. Stir-fry for 3 to 4
  19. minutes until
  20. tender.
  21. Add
  22. sauce and serve over rice. Add soy sauce to taste, if desired.
