Almond macaroons recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Whip the egg whites with the sugar until frothy.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Form mixture into walnut-size balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Cool, then peel cookies off the parchment paper.
