Chocolate-Peanut Butter Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and 1 cup milk in medium bowl.
  4. Add bananas, 3/4 cup peanut butter, oil and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  7. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8x4-inch loaf pans.
  8. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  9. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool 10 min.
  11. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Cook remaining peanut butter and butter in small saucepan on medium heat until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  14. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and remaining vanilla.
  15. Add remaining milk; mix well.
  16. Spread over bread; sprinkle with nuts.
