Ham and Potato Casserole
- 3 pounds Baking Potatoes, Peeled And Chunked
- 2 pounds Ham, Chunked Or Diced
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 10- 3/4 ounces, fluid Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms Stems And Pieces, Drained
- 5 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
- Sliced Or Shredded Cheese, For Topping
- This dish may be cooked in either a crock pot or in a 9X13 baking dish.
- Spray baking dish or crock pot with non-stick cooking spray before adding ingredients.
- In crock pot, add all ingredients except cheese, stir and cook for 8 hours on the High setting.
- Once done, remove lid.
- Place cheese on top of casserole.
- Place lid back on crock pot and warm until cheese is melted.
- If using a casserole dish, combine all ingredients except for cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Top casserole with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
