Pork and Broccoli Oriental

  1. In 10-inch skillet, brown pork cubes in hot oil.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Stir in the 1/2 cup water, the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Stir together gravy mix and remaining 1 cup water.
  6. Add to mixture in skillet.
  7. Stir in broccoli.
  8. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
  9. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  10. Serve with hot cooked rice.
