Barbecue Ribs with Cola Sauce

  1. Mix all of your dry rub ingredients together and rub onto ribs.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large roasting pan.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and cook at 325 F for 2 to 2 1/2 hours (depending on the size of your ribs), until just tender.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sauce ingredients and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until thickened.
  6. Preheat a grill to medium-high and add ribs.
  7. Baste ribs generously with the sauce and grill them until glazed with crispy edges.
  8. Cut into quarters and serve warm with any extra sauce on the side.
