Rodeo Shake-Up Salad Dressing

• 3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon onion, grated
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 14 teaspoon dry mustard
• 13 cup tarragon vinegar
• 1 cup salad oil

1. Place ingredients in a jar, shake well, and refrigerate.
