Fragrant with Ginger! Fluffy and Creamy Egg Soup
- 1 Egg
- 30 grams Ginger (julienne)
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Parsley (for topping)
- 400 ml Water
- 1 Weipa
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 2 tsp Water
- Julienne the ginger.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan, and stir fry the ginger.
- When it's aromatic and turning brown, add the water.
- Bring to a boil and add the soup stock granules, sake, soy sauce and salt.
- Stir in the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken the soup.
- When it comes to a boil again, pour in the beaten egg and mix.
