Fragrant with Ginger! Fluffy and Creamy Egg Soup

  1. Julienne the ginger.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, and stir fry the ginger.
  3. When it's aromatic and turning brown, add the water.
  4. Bring to a boil and add the soup stock granules, sake, soy sauce and salt.
  5. Stir in the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken the soup.
  6. When it comes to a boil again, pour in the beaten egg and mix.
