Four-Cheese-Plus Quesadilla
- 3 cups KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- 3/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 12 each KRAFT Frozen Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (4-oz. pouch)
- 24 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slices
- 12 each flour tortillas (10 inch), warmed
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
- Place 2 American cheese slices on 1 tortilla.
- Place under salamander 30 sec.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top with macaroni and cheese and 1-1/4 oz.
- shredded cheese mixture; fold in half.
- Cook on oiled 350 degrees F griddle 1 min.
- on each side or until quesadilla is golden brown on both sides and cheeses are melted.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
