Four-Cheese-Plus Quesadilla

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
  4. Place 2 American cheese slices on 1 tortilla.
  5. Place under salamander 30 sec.
  6. or until cheese is melted.
  7. Top with macaroni and cheese and 1-1/4 oz.
  8. shredded cheese mixture; fold in half.
  9. Cook on oiled 350 degrees F griddle 1 min.
  10. on each side or until quesadilla is golden brown on both sides and cheeses are melted.
  11. Cut into wedges to serve.
