Fruit Flan with Cointreau Cream

  1. Beat Philly* and sugar with an electric mixer for 4 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add Cointreau, rind and 1/4 cup juice and beat until well combined.
  3. Gently beat in gelatine mixture until combined.
  4. Fold through cream.
  5. Pour mixture into flan base and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Decorate flan with fruit just before serving.
