Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary
- 3 lb. new potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/4 cup rosemary chopped
- Salt, pepper, oil, parmesan
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- In a bowl toss the potatoes with the garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and oil.
- Roast in the oven till potatoes are slightly brown and cooked through.
- Grate some parmesan on the top and serve.
