Chocolate Rice Pudding

  1. Put everything, except the chocolate, into a heavy based saucepan and bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Simmer 30 mins until rice is tender and mixture thick and creamy.
  3. remove from heat and add chocolate.
  4. Stir a couple of times to give a ripple effect.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
  6. Great with whipped cream.
