Cheeseburger Meatloaf

• 1 whole White Onion, Finely Chopped
• 23 cups Ketchup
• 23 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
• 2 whole Eggs
• 1/2 cups Sweet Pickle Relish
• 1- 1/2 pound Ground Chuck
• 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 4 slices Cubed American Cheese

1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix together well.
2. Spray an 8x10 glass dish with cooking spray.
3. Put meat mixture in the dish and shape with a high rounded dome.
4. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160F.
