Harvest Chicken Skillet Stew

  1. Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min.
  3. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add remaining 1/4 cup dressing, the onions and ham to skillet; cook 2 min.
  6. or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.
  7. Add squash and broth; stir.
  8. Bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min.
  10. or until squash is tender, stirring occasionally.
  11. Add beans, apples, 2 Tbsp.
  12. of parsley and chicken; stir.
  13. Cover; simmer 10 min.
  14. or until chicken is cooked through and apples are crisp-tender.
  15. Sprinkle with remaining parsley just before serving.
