Juicee's Quick & easy sweet potato pie

• 3 small Sweet potatoes
• 1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
• 5 oz Evaporated milk
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Melted butter
• 1/2 tsp Ground pumpkin pie spice
• 1 Pie crust

1. Heat oven to 350
2. In large bowl stir together all ingredients except pie crust; mix until well blended.
3. Unroll pie crust; press into 9 in.
4. pie pan (or use already made pie crust) crimp edges if desired.
5. Pour sweet potato mixture into pie crust.
6. Bake 40 to 45min's , or until knife inserted into center comes out clean, covering crust with foil if it browns too quickly.
7. Cool.& enjoy!
