Curry-Flavoured Hanpen Fishcakes for Bentos

• 1 piece Hanpen
• 1 pinch Curry powder

1. Cut the hanpen into small cubes.
2. Heat a bit of oil in a pan, turn the pieces and stir-fry.
3. When browned, sprinkle with the curry powder to coat.
