Double Mushroom & Onion Pork Chop Skillet

  1. Cook chops and onion in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until chops are cooked through.
  2. Remove chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  3. Add mushrooms and water to drippings in skillet; stir until well blended.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in stuffing mix.
  6. Top with chops; cover.
  7. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
