Double Mushroom & Onion Pork Chop Skillet
- 6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 medium onion, sliced Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix Monterey Style with Mushroom & Onion
- Cook chops and onion in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until chops are cooked through.
- Remove chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add mushrooms and water to drippings in skillet; stir until well blended.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in stuffing mix.
- Top with chops; cover.
- Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
