Indian-Spiced Braised Chicken

  1. In a slow cooker, add the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, tomato paste, cayenne, coriander, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.
  4. Add in the yogurt, cilantro and garam masala.
  5. Stir to combine, let cook 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve over a bed of jasmine or basmati rice.
