Italian Pasta Salad
- Italian Dressing
- 1 pouch KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- Salad
- 1 gal. cooked orecchiette pasta
- 3 qt. canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
- - Genoa salami, julienned
- 1-1/2 qt. green peppers, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. Asiago cheese, shredded Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 qt. sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
- 2-2/3 cups red onions, diced
- Italian Dressing: Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Salad: Combine all ingredients.
- Toss with Italian Dressing.
- Refrigerate up to 1 hour.
