Homemade Fried Firm Tofu
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 Frying oil
- Cut into the side of the drained tofu to make 2 1-cm thick slices.
- If the slice is too thick, slice it in half again.
- Heat about 1 cm oil in a frying pan in medium to high heat.
- Gently add the tofu to the frying pan.
- Flip the tofu over when the edges start to brown.
- When both sides have lightly browned, you're done.
- Eat freshly fried with ginger and soy sauce!
