Lo Cal Ice Cream Pie Recipe

• 1 pt. (lite) vanilla ice cream
• 1 (8 ounce.) tub of lite whipped topping
• 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn lemonade concentrate
• Yellow food coloring (optional)
• 1 vanilla cracker pie crust

1. Mix whipped topping, ice cream and lemonade.
2. Blend in food coloring if you like.
3. Pour into crust and freeze at least one hour (or possibly till fully set) before serving.
