onion rings

• 1 large onion
• 1 tbsp cayanne pepper
• 1 egg
• 1 can cold club soda
• 1/2 cup of flour

1. add all ingredients except onion in a mixing bowl and whisk until even
2. coat the onions in the batter and fry them in 375F oil
