Seabreeze Salad Recipe
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna
- 1/2 c. minced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. onion juice
- Soften gelatin in cool water, then place in microwave for a few seconds to dissolve gelatin.
- Allow to cold.
- Mix remaining ingredients after draining tuna.
- Add in gelatin mix.
- Pour into a mold and chill at least 4 hrs before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
