Mushroom-Stuffing Chicken Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Whisk dressing and flour in medium microwaveable bowl until blended.
  3. Gradually stir in milk.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min.
  5. or until thickened, stirring every 2 min.
  6. Prepare stuffing as directed on package; set aside.
  7. Cook and stir mushrooms in butter in skillet until tender.
  8. Add to stuffing; mix well.
  9. Place chicken, top sides down, on work surface; spread with stuffing to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  10. Starting at one short end, roll up each breast; place, seam side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  11. Top with sauce and cheese; cover.
  12. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  13. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), uncovering for the last 5 min.
