Vegan Schmear

  1. Drain excess liquid from the tofu by placing it between paper towels and patting gently.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until very smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings or add more liquid for a thinner consistency.
  4. Refrigerate overnight before eating.
  5. Keep it in an airtight container and it will be fresh for 5 days.
