Poached Egg
- 1 pan of water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp vineger for each egg
- 4 small porcelain shallow plate
- 1 tbsp thousand island dressing
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 bunch coral salad
- put shallow small plate in pan then bring water to a boil
- simmmer down add each plate vineger
- add eggs slowly simmer for 2 minute and eggs sets off heat remove immediately
- serve on bread top garnish
