Miso Broth with Veggies

  1. Heat water to boiling.
  2. Add vegetables and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place tofu into bowl, then pour veggie mix over tofu.
  5. Stir in miso.
  6. Garnish and serve.
