BBQ Baby Back Ribs

  1. Special equipment: Crock Pot Indoor BBQ Pit
  2. Turn Crock Pot to HIGH, insert rack to accommodate ribs.
  3. Rinse and pat dry the ribs with a paper towel.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and blend well.
  6. Reserve 1/2 for serving.
  7. Liberally coat each side of ribs with sauce.
  8. Place ribs in rack and cook for 5 hours or until ribs are very tender and can be easily separated.
  9. Brush the ribs with sauce several times during cooking for better flavor.
  10. Serve with reserved sauce.
