Caesar Salad Pasta

  1. In small bowl stir togethter all dressing ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
  2. If thinner consistency is desired, stir in additional water.
  3. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  5. Rinse with hot water; drain.
  6. Keep warm.
  7. Meanwhile, in small skillet melt butter and add garlic.
  8. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
  9. Add shrimp; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns pink (2 to 4 minutes).
  10. In large salad bowl combine cooked pasta, shrimp, lettuce and tomato.
  11. Pour desired amount of dressing over salad; toss to coat.
  12. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
