Pina-Lime Splash a Tropical Mixed Drink Recipe by J T Deaton

• 1 (12 ounce) can frozen pineapple concentrate
• 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
• 1 quart rum (60-95 or 151 Proof )
• 1 ounce sugar syrup (per serving)
• 2 ounces club soda (per serving) or 2 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage (per serving)
• 2 ice cubes (per serving) or 3 ounces cracked ice (per serving)
• 1 maraschino cherry (per serving)
• 1 lime wedges (per serving) or 1 pineapple chunk (per serving)

4. 1/2 inch or 13mm Slice of Frozen Pineapple Juice Concentrate ( 12oz size ).

6. 1/2 inch or 13mm Slice of Frozen Limeade Juice Concentrate ( 12oz size ).

8. 1-2 Shots or Jigger ( Shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ), ( Jigger = 1.5 fl oz or 44ml ) 60-95 proof Rum.

10. 1fl.oz = ( One Fluid Ounce ) Bartenders Sugar Syrup as needed.

12. 1 Shot or Splash of Soda water.

14. 1-2 Cubes Ice or shots of crushed Ice.

16. Serve in cocktail/martini glass or tumbler, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a citrus or pineapple wedge .
