Lowfat Pasta Alfredo

  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Cut yellow pepper into strips, tomatoes into 8 wedges each, and separate broccoli florets into bite-size pieces.
  3. Saute in olive oil until tender, but still crisp.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain and keep hot.
  5. Stir yogurt, cheeses, and white pepper into vegetables.
  6. Toss with hot pasta.
  7. Serve immediately.
