Easy Potato Salad

  1. Chop spuds into even sized bits.
  2. (2 to 3 cm)
  3. Drop into boiling water and cook until still firm but cooked through.
  4. Cool under cold running water to stop cooking process.
  5. Now you simply fold through other ingredients gently and serve.
  6. Serves many sides- good for when you've got a bunch if people around and very tasty- Enjoy!

potatoes, spring onion, fresh chopped parsley, corn, rasher bacon, sour cream, egg mayonnaise, squirt of lemon juice, mustard, garlic
