Banana Pound Cake for Those Allergic to Eggs

  1. Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
  2. Mash the banana in the bowl, then mix in the oil, sugar and salt.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the banana.
  4. Stir in the milk, then bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
